Five students will be given explicit instruction and visual supports so that they will correctly identify and produce the sounds for at least 90% of the letters taught, across 4 assessments, as measured by teacher-created letter and sound checks. The students will use tactile and kinesthetic manipulatives to work toward the goal of identifying the letters and sounds taught.
