By the end of the third quarter, the teacher will teach the students to write a complete sentence independently with 5 components of complete sentence including one infinitive and one prepositional phrase with 100% accuracy.

Goal Attainment Scale

• Midpoint: Daily practice - the students write (at least a couple of sentences where they practice certain skills like prepositional phrases, vocabulary, etc.). The quality of the writing is varied (due to skill or silly mistakes with punctuation and capitalization). The students are writing paragraphs and progressing with this work. Currently, they are working on identifying prepositional phrases. They are working on adding detail and elaboration.
