Goal Attainment Scale

  • Starting Point: Currently 9 students scored below the 10th percentile on the WRITE Assessment.
  • One-Quarter: By the end of the second semester, I will teach students a strategy to write complete sentences in order to increase scores of students who scored below the10th percentile on the WRITE Assessment by 1 percentile point.
  • Midpoint: By the end of the second semester, I will teach students a strategy to write complete sentences in order to increase scores of students who scored below the10th percentile on the WRITE Assessment by 2.5 percentile points.
  • Three-Quarters: By the end of the second semester, I will teach students a strategy to write complete sentences in order to increase scores of students who scored below the10th percentile on the WRITE Assessment by 4 percentile points.
  • Target Goal: By the end of the second semester, I will teach students a strategy to write complete sentences in order to increase scores of students who scored below the10th percentile on the WRITE Assessment by 5 percentile points.
