Goal Attainment Scale

  • Starting Point: (*) By early March, I will teach students a strategy on sentence fluency (modeling author’s work) in order to increase the scores of my students who scored below the 50th percentile on the WRITE assessment by 2 percentile points.
  • One-Quarter: (*) By late March, I will teach students a strategy on sentence fluency (modeling author’s work) in order to increase the scores of my students who scored below the 50th percentile on the WRITE assessment by 4 percentile points.
  • Midpoint: (*) By mid-April, I will teach students a strategy on sentence fluency (modeling author’s work) in order to increase the scores of my students who scored below the 50th percentile on the WRITE assessment by 6 percentile points.
