Goal Attainment Scale

  • Starting Point: Currently, 12 students are scoring at the 25th percentile. 11 students are scoring at the 10th percentile. 5 students are scoring below the 10th percentile.
  • One-Quarter: By the end of first quarter, I will teach students strategies to build sentence fluency in order in increase my students who are currently scoring below the 10th percentile's WRITE progress monitoring score by 2 percentile points.
  • Midpoint: By the middle of second semester, I will teach students strategies to build sentence fluency in order in increase my students who are currently scoring below the 50th percentile's WRITE progress monitoring score by 5 percentile points.
  • Three-Quarters: By the beginning of fourth quarter, I will teach students strategies to build sentence fluency in order in increase my students who are currently scoring below the 50th percentile's WRITE progress monitoring score by 7 percentile points.
  • Target Goal: By the end of second semester, I will teach students strategies to build sentence fluency in order in increase my students who are currently scoring below the 50th percentile's WRITE progress monitoring score by 10 percentile points.
