Goal Attainment Scale

• Starting Point: Currently, I have 23 out of 75 students score at or above the 50%tile. My goal for the last cycle was to have 25 or more students score at or above the 50%tile. I will keep my same goal and add a different strategy.
• One-Quarter: I will explicit teach the CDO lesson to my students by April 10th.
• Midpoint: Students will used the CDO lesson through a guided practice writing activity by April 17th.
• Three-Quarters: Students will use the CDO independently on a writing task by April 24th.
• Target Goal: By May 1st, I will have 25 or more students in the 50%tile or above by implementing the CDO (compare, diagnose, and operate) strategy into my classroom instruction consistently weekly.
