By December 19, 2025, the I will meet individually with all three teachers weekly for three 15-30 minute coaching conversation or classroom observation focused on instructional goals, classroom implementation of professional learning, and support needs, as documented in coaching logs.

Goal Attainment Scale

• Starting Point: By December 20, 2025, I will meet individually with each teacher for a least three 15-20 minute coaching conversation or classroom observation focused on instructional goals, classroom implementation of professional learning, and/or support needs.
• One-Quarter: By November 21st, I will meet with each teacher for the first time for 15-20 minutes to establish goals and timelines focused on instructional goals, classroom implementation of professional learning, and/or support.
• Midpoint: By December 5th I will meet with each teacher for a second time for 15-20 minutes to hold coaching conversations around goals and timelines focused on instructional goals, classroom implementation of professional learning, and/or support.
• Three-Quarters: By December 12th I will hold at least one classroom 15-20 minutes observation focused on instructional goals, classroom implementation of professional learning, and/or support.
• Target Goal: By December 19th I will meet with each teacher for a third time for 15-20 minutes to hold coaching conversations around goals and timelines focused on instructional goals, classroom implementation of professional learning, and/or support.
