By the end of the semester, I will teach students to use the “Search and Check” step from the SIM sentence writing strategy to write complete sentences in order for the students scoring lower than the 10th percentile on the WRITE to increase to the 25th percentile.

  • Midpoint: By end of quarter 1, students will be writing at the 15th percentile

  • Target Goal: All six students to be writing at the 25th percentile
